Operating at Level 3

From 11.59pm on Tuesday 1 September the North Island, south of Auckland, will drop down to Level 3. This is great news, and a sign we are heading in the right direction! It's exciting for us to have the opportunity to get some of our great products out to you! 

Here’s how we will be operating during Level 3. The Spacecraft store will be closed for customers but our webstore is fully operational. You can also message us on Facebook, Instagram or call us Monday - Saturday between 11-1pm on 07 378 2041 to place an order. 

We are offering: 

• Contactless Click & Collect for pick up Monday - Saturday at 47 Te Heuheu St between 11am-1pm
• FREE Same day contactless deliveries on Taupo orders in the 3330 area 
• Standard shipping applies for NZ wide or international orders
• For all orders received by 12noon, we will dispatch or deliver that day (Monday - Saturday)
• Personalised Shopping - if you have any questions about a product or want a closer look you can set up a phone or video chat with one of the team. That’s a personalised Spacecraft shopping excursion - just for you! 
• ‘Coming Soon’ Products - With Auckland still at Level 4 there will be interruptions to product we have been expecting. But never fear, we’re taking pre-orders on cool new stock that's due any day - be the first to get your hot little hands on it! Just purchase any of the 'Coming Soon' products on the webstore and we'll secure that stock for you. We'll let you know as soon as it arrives and get it out to you!
• Gift Cards - Don't forget you can always buy a Spacecraft Gift Card for that special someone and let them have the excitement of going online and choosing their favourite thing!
